Quality approach

Elerover’s manufacturing process is designed for consistent quality and repeatable lead times on recurring B2B orders. We do not publish factory floor area, headcount or annual unit capacity on this site. What we do publish are product specifications, certificate documents and a clear OEM inquiry path.

Engineering review comes first: load, stroke, duty cycle, voltage and installation constraints are checked before recommending a standard or custom configuration. See Manufacturer for capability scope and Certifications for CE/RoHS attestations.

Manufacturing process

For production programs, the workflow typically follows these stages:

  1. Requirement confirmation — force, stroke, voltage, IP/Protection Class, feedback, connectors and quantity locked against a catalog series or agreed OEM variant.
  2. Configuration control — build to the confirmed specification so repeat orders stay consistent with the approved sample or first article.
  3. Assembly — electromechanical assembly of motor, gearbox, screw and housing according to the platform design.
  4. Functional verification — travel and electrical checks appropriate to the configuration before release.
  5. Packing & documentation — shipment preparation for export B2B orders, with certificate PDFs available from this website for sourcing files.

Testing process

Testing focuses on whether the finished unit matches the published or agreed configuration—not on marketing claims beyond the datasheet.

  • Travel / stroke check

    Confirm motion through the specified stroke for the ordered model.

  • Electrical check

    Verify operation at the Working Voltage listed for that configuration.

  • Load-minded selection

    Series recommendation uses published Max Load; application force sizing remains the buyer’s responsibility (see force guide).

  • Environment rating honesty

    Protection Class on the product specification table is authoritative for IP selection (see IP guide).

Inspection

Outgoing inspection is oriented to configuration accuracy and basic function before dispatch. For OEM programs, first-article or sample approval can be used to freeze the build standard for subsequent lots. Buyers should state acceptance criteria (stroke, connector, label, feedback) in the purchase agreement.

  • Visual and configuration check against the order
  • Functional run of travel where applicable
  • Label / marking check for OEM private-label programs when specified
  • Packaging check for export shipment

Reliability testing mindset

Reliability in the field depends on correct sizing and duty cycle as much as factory build quality. Elerover’s guidance for OEM buyers:

  • Size force with safety factor and worst-case geometry
  • Respect duty cycle to manage motor and gearbox heat
  • Keep mounts coaxial to avoid side load
  • Match IP/Protection Class to the real environment
  • Match actuator voltage to supply, cable length and controller
