Product Structure

Operation
Connect the blue and brown power leads to a 12V or 24V DC supply. One polarity extends the stroke rod; reversing polarity retracts it. Built-in limit switches cut motor current at the end of each stroke.
Stroke & Installation Length
For stroke S ≤ 450mm, retracted length L = S + 175mm. For stroke S ≥ 500mm, L = S + 195mm. This 600mm model has a retracted length of 795 mm.

Speed & Load Notes:
- The above data is the maximum load capacity for vertical operation. For hinged loads (for example a cellar door), the force on the actuator is often 2–5× the door weight depending on mounting geometry. Contact us if you need help calculating the required thrust.
- No-load speed is shown above; actual working speed decreases as load increases. Full-load speed is approximately 60–70% of no-load speed.
- Different speeds correspond to different maximum loads. Select speed according to both the travel time and maximum load you need.
- Continuous operation at maximum load is not recommended. Running at about half of the maximum load typically improves service life.
- For strokes greater than 500mm, avoid operating at full stroke under heavy load. If you need 600mm useful stroke under load, we recommend ordering 700–800mm stroke.
- Maximum pull force is slightly less than maximum thrust.
