When you submit a Request a Quote / RFQ form, we may collect:

  • Quantity (required)

  • Optional technical fields: product / model, voltage, feedback type, IP rating, message
  • Technical context we attach automatically: page URL, referrer, locale, and optional UTM parameters

We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers through this website. File uploads are not enabled on the public RFQ form.

  • Respond to product, OEM/ODM, and engineering inquiries
  • Prepare quotations and technical clarification
  • Maintain basic sales follow-up related to your request
  • Improve form reliability and prevent spam (including honeypot checks)

4. Form processing provider (Web3Forms)

RFQ submissions are processed by the third-party service Web3Forms. Receives RFQ and contact form submissions and forwards them by email. Web3Forms receives the submitted fields and delivers them to our business inbox ([email protected]). Their independent privacy terms also apply to that processing.

5. WhatsApp and other external links

If you contact us through WhatsApp (https://wa.me/8618015001886), Meta / WhatsApp processes that communication under their own terms. External links (for example Alibaba or LinkedIn profiles in the footer) are governed by those third parties.

6. Retention

Inquiry records are retained only as long as needed to respond to quotes and related follow-up, then deleted or archived according to internal sales records practice.

7. Access, correction, and deletion

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of inquiry data associated with your email address, contact [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy request”. We may need to verify that the request relates to the original inquiry email.

8. International transfers

We are based in China and work with international buyers. Inquiry data may be transferred to or accessed from China and from the countries where our form processor or email infrastructure operates.
