Product Structure

  • Stainless steel rod — extends and retracts to deliver linear motion
  • Zi-Ni coated mounting ends — corrosion-resistant front and rear mounts
  • Aluminum alloy top cap — seals the outer tube

  • Parallel brushed DC motor — Φ64mm motor beside the drive tube
  • Waterproof cable connector — power / signal exit with industrial gland
  • Built-in limit switches — auto-stop at full extend / retract (standard)

Operation

Connect red and black leads to a matching DC supply. One polarity extends the rod; reversing polarity retracts it. Standard limit switches shut off the motor at end of travel. When ordered with Hall or potentiometer feedback, additional signal wires support position measurement and synchronized multi-actuator control.

Stroke & Installation Length

Retracted center-to-center length depends on front/rear mount combination. A common industrial setup uses approximately L ≥ S + 250mm. This 150mm configuration is listed with a typical retracted length of 400 mm. Minimum install length and extras for long strokes are adjustable during production.

Speed & Load Notes:

  • Example: for a real load near 3900N, Code D is suitable; Codes C, B or A provide more safety margin and longer service life.
  • Do not exceed about four minutes continuous operation at full load (25% duty cycle) at 20°C.
  • Maximum customizable stroke depends on load, speed and force direction — contact engineering for project sizing.
  • Maximum pull force is slightly less than maximum dynamic thrust.
  • For hinged loads, required actuator force can be 2–5× the equipment weight depending on mounting geometry.
